Studio Policies

Please read before booking!

• Deposits are not refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment. However, if a situation arises outside of your control, such as illness, inclement weather, travel restrictions, family emergency, etc. we will transfer your deposit to your reschedule date or refund it at our discretion.

• If you are feeling ill or you are likely to be ill, please reschedule. You will not lose your deposit. Do not come to your appointment while sick, for your own well-being as well as others. The health and safety of everyone is most important.

• Please don’t send us AI references. We take pride in our ability to bring your ideas to life using our inherent creativity and years of artistic practice! The environmental and social impact of AI is overwhelmingly detrimental and we encourage you to consider this when sending us references. Also importantly, AI does not account for what is physically possible as a tattoo. Leave it to us to give you the most authentic and unique tattoo possible!

• Please let your artist know if you have any allergies or need any particular accommodation for your appointment.

• We generally do not recommend numbing cream, however we can discuss this more in detail upon request.

• Please notify the studio if you are running late to your appointment. We are very understanding and we appreciate your consideration.

• We welcome guests, we simply request that clients let us know if they plan to bring additional people to their tattoo appointment so we can plan accordingly.
